What is ICDP-TV?

ICDP-TV is television for the people, by the people and of the people, especially if those people are Democrats.

The Isabella County Democratic Party (ICDP) now has a team of five trained TV producers who have undergone six hours of training on the creation of television for public access. The Mid-Michigan Area Cable Consortium, which coordinates public, educational, and government access in Isabella, Clare and Gratiot Counties provided the training.

The equipment and editing facilities we use are all provided through the franchise fees paid by Charter cable subscribers in 12 communities in those three counties. All of our productions can be seen in the three counties and on other public access channels if the programs are requested. E-mail lists are only one way to communicate with our constituents. TV is another way. The first completed production of the Wal-Mart discussion will air next week. Check back for details.
