Bill Caul Wasting Taxpayer's Money to Show Off

Unlike most other Republicans our local state representive, Sandy Caul's husband, actually showed up at the county fair. Of course, he didn't stay long but left behind Michigan state maps with his sticker on them. Did he pay for those maps so he could hand them out to impress the local taxpayers with his generosity? Did he pay for the copies of the Michigan Constitution with his Bill Caul stickers on them? What's next Bill? Gonna put a Bill Caul sticker on M-20?
